Gift Vouchers – Important Information

• If you haven’t received your Gift Voucher within 24 hours please check your spam/junk email folder as they sometimes end up there! 
• You do not need to choose a date now, the recipient can choose any available date from our availability calendar and contact us afterwards.
• Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are not refundable.
• Due to Covid-19 Gift Vouchers purchased since 01.12.19 are now valid for 2 years.
• There is no cash alternative if the recipient chooses a trip costing less than the voucher value.
• The voucher can be redeemed against a more expensive trip and the difference is paid on the day.
• All trips are weather dependant and if the sea is too rough the trip will be postponed. In this event the recipient simply chooses another available date.
