Here is a great recipe for baked Cod. For this dish you can also use, Pollack and any other firm fleshed white fish such as Haddock. Quick and simple to prepare you will be tucking into this tasty meal in just half an hour.
Baked to Perfection
1lb Fish (Cod/Pollack etc.)
55g Butter
2 tsp. Soy sauce
2 tsp. Lemon juice
1tsp. Lime juice
1 Clove garlic (crushed)
½ tsp. Crushed red pepper
Salt and Pepper
Place your fish in a baking dish. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the fish. Bake in the oven for approx. half an hour at Gas Mark 6.
Baste once or twice during cooking. Serve with vegetables of your choice.
