When someone special passes away many people of varying faiths or ex-mariners wish to have their ashes scattered at sea.
We appreciate that you want to arrange a respectful ash scattering service that makes it personal to your loved one’s wishes. We will do all we can to help with your individual needs and ensure a dignified occasion, with the added dignity of a departure from the pontoons at Brighton Marina with it’s easy access for all.
An ash scattering service normally lasts for about 45 minutes to an hour during which time the Skipper will set a course to a suitable location off the Brighton coast and then the engines will be switched off with the boat drifting silently on the tide whilst you conduct your ceremony. You may bring any number of people up to a maximum of twelve.
